I am kind of cranky today. You have been warned.

So on my way to work today, post-migraine (which is why I was really quiet yesterday – I was hiding in darkness all day) I was riding the train like normal and then suddenly – BANG – nauseous. Now, I get motion sick. I do. Always have. On everything but planes and trains. So when I get motion sick on a train I know it ain’t good.

So I got off and sat down on a bench. I must’ve looked great: some woman stopped to ask me if I was ok. I said I was but she asked me three more times before she believed me. Then I slowly felt better and got on the next train.

Few more stops and my stop came up! Yay! I got off and sat down. I couldn’t stand up, much less handle stairs. So I sat there for a while until I felt better. Just breathing. Slowly.

Then I got to work.

This is just post-migraine-y stuff, and I already feel world’s better. But it left me cranky. So you’ve been warned. And I know many of you will feel like pushing it and seeing how cranky and being smart-asses and that’s fine. But don’t be surprised if I totally over-react, today. This is your only warning.

Past that I’m gonna sit here and try to slowly feel better.
