So my left foot (thanks a lot Daniel Day Lewis) is acting up again. See, every few months I go to bed and wake up in extreme pain. Which sounds dumb but there you go. It’s as if every muscle in my left foot, top and bottom, have been pulled at once.

Which is actually possible.

Anyway, for the next week I tend to be in such pain I can hardly put weight on the foot, walk, and so on. Over the course of the day as I use it anyway things loosen up and I get most mobility back. Then I go to bed and wake up and it took the time I wasn’t using it to bunch back up.

So when I woke up today and my foot throbbed with pain I knew it would be a fun one.

I am in a good mood, except for the constant and fairly high amounts of pain.
