And for the record, yes we planned to get the pre-orders in hands before the book hit sale everywhere but fate (i.e. – printers) stood in our way. The paper back pre-orders are out and should get there this week, hard covers I still don’t have so I can’t sign so they can’t be sent. I know, and I’m sorry.
