You know, the problem with reviewing a book based on what somebody else said about it is that it makes you look like complete idiots. I happen to have a copy of Superman Earth One that shipped early and that whole sequences you guys say was treated seriously was actually done to be cute and funny. The other review completely misrepresented the scene and you passed it off as though it were actually true, so you could dump on something that isn’t actually there.
Maybe next time you might want to consider reading the book before you comment on it.
Except we didn’t do that. I never claimed to have read it and Adain clearly said he was worried that the scene was a thing based on what he did read. The rest of it was our feelings based on things we have read, not that book specifically. But hey thanks for listening!
