thefootnote was founded by Dustin Grovemiller and D.J. Kirkbride and for a while I had a column there that turned into a different column that turned into me assuming a management role at the site and relaunching it. You can still go to the site and read the archives, but sadly the site had to close due to time.
These are a few of the standout bits from my time at the site however:
